This General Disclaimer addresses the specific limitations and important notices applicable to platforms that involve financial information or wellness guidance.

This disclaimer supplements — and does not replace — our Terms of Use and AI Disclaimer. All three documents apply together.

Financial & Investment Content Disclaimer

This section applies to InvestiCal, Profit Pilot (formerly known in development as StockSense / PromoProphet), and any other TruaXiom platform or feature that presents investment data, market information, financial metrics, or portfolio analysis.

Educational and Informational Use Only

All financial content provided through TruaXiom platforms is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on these platforms constitutes:

• Mental health therapy, counseling, or clinical intervention
• A substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other healthcare provider
• Emergency mental health services

Use of RootWork, RestoreYour.Life, or any other TruaXiom wellness platform does not create a therapeutic, physician-patient, or counselor-client relationship between you and TruaXiom LLC or any of its team members.

Our platforms are not equipped to provide crisis intervention.

No HIPAA or SOC 2 Certification

TruaXiom's wellness platforms are not HIPAA-covered entities and do not make HIPAA compliance claims. We are not SOC 2 certified at this time. Do not submit personally identifiable health information you consider sensitive through our platforms.

General Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TruaXiom LLC shall not be liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from:

• Reliance on financial information, investment analysis, or market data provided through our platforms
• Investment decisions made based on content produced by or accessed through our platforms
• Reliance on wellness content, personal development guidance, or any health-related information provided through our platforms
• Failure to seek appropriate professional advice before acting on information from our platforms
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated or third-party sourced content

This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if TruaXiom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

A Note on Honest Scope

TruaXiom is an early-stage product studio. Our platforms are real and actively developed, but many are still maturing. We are honest about what our tools can and cannot do. We do not make inflated claims about what our financial or wellness tools deliver, and we don't hide behind vague disclaimers to cover overblown promises.
