Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Our goal: TruaXiom LLC is committed to making our website and platforms accessible to everyone. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and actively work to close gaps as they are identified.

Our Commitment

TruaXiom LLC believes that digital experiences should work for everyone, regardless of ability, device, or context. We are committed to designing and building our website and platforms with accessibility in mind from the start — not as an afterthought.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our conformance target for truaxiom.llc.

Measures We Have Taken

Steps we have implemented to improve accessibility include:

  • Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy (h1 through h3) to support screen reader navigation
  • ARIA landmark roles and labels on major page regions (navigation, main, footer)
  • aria-label and aria-hidden attributes on interactive and decorative elements
  • Skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page
  • Focus-visible styles for keyboard navigation users
  • Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Touch targets sized at or above 44×44 pixels on mobile
  • Support for the prefers-reduced-motion media query — animations are disabled for users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion
  • Responsive design that works from small mobile viewports through large desktop screens
  • Meaningful alt text on informational images; decorative images marked as aria-hidden
  • Form fields with associated label elements and descriptive placeholders

Known Limitations

While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet that standard:

  • Dynamic ecosystem app pages: Third-party TruaXiom platform apps (hosted on separate subdomains) are developed independently and may have varying levels of accessibility conformance. We are working to bring those platforms in line with our standards.
  • Animated elements: Some scroll-triggered animations and parallax effects may not be perfectly suppressed in all reduced-motion configurations. We are monitoring this and will address gaps.
  • CMS admin interface: The content management interface is an internal tool not intended for public use. It has not undergone formal accessibility testing.

We recognize accessibility as an ongoing process and welcome feedback that helps us identify issues we may have missed.

How We Test

Our accessibility evaluation process includes:

  • Manual keyboard navigation testing across all interactive elements
  • Screen reader testing with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows)
  • Automated checks using browser developer tools and accessibility linters
  • Contrast and color testing against WCAG AA ratios
  • Mobile testing on iOS and Android devices at multiple font sizes

We do not yet conduct formal third-party accessibility audits. This is something we plan to pursue as our platform matures.

Reporting Issues and Requesting Accommodations

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any TruaXiom site or platform, we want to know. Please contact us at innovate@truaxiom.llc and include:

  • The URL of the page where you encountered the issue
  • A description of the barrier or difficulty
  • Your assistive technology or browser, if relevant

We will acknowledge your report and work toward a resolution as quickly as we are able. If you require a specific accommodation to access content or services, please let us know and we will make our best effort to assist.
